Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 0–7 business daysacross India. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to courier or customs issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

  1. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

We only offer a replacement/exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The issue is clearly shown in an unboxing/opening video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.

Replacement requests must be raised within same day of receiving the order, along with the unboxing video as proof.

If approved, we will ship the replacement product. If the same product is not available, an exchange for another item of equal value may be offered.

We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted details.
